- Build and manage a network of industry futurists and academic partners
- Quantify long-term ROI for transformational initiatives using predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Strong background in sustainability frameworks (SDGs, circular economy) or emerging tech (AI, quantum computing)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field (PhD preferred)
