- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Design scenarios for regulatory and ethical implications of future technologies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and policy think tanks
- Drive implementation of future-proofing initiatives across business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Social Sciences
- Proven track record in forecasting tech disruptions (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Planning preferred
