- Identify and cultivate partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed future-readiness across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review, HBR)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
