- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, specifically generative AI and deep tech, to identify competitive advantages.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic concepts to executive leadership and external partners with clarity.
- Operational Transformation: Design scalable frameworks for future operational efficiency and digital transformation.
- Policy Development: Draft guidelines for ethical AI usage and future workforce policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in Strategic Management preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or product management.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term visions and executing them successfully in a dynamic market.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI trends, machine learning applications, and digital transformation methodologies.
