Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for multi-agent AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Optimize Compute Infrastructure: Implement strategies for efficient training and inference on next-gen neuromorphic hardware.
- AI Governance: Develop frameworks and protocols to ensure AI agents align with ethical guidelines and safety standards.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Neuroscience, Applied Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML systems design.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; extensive experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning, and Multi-Agent Systems.
