Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures for future-proof applications.
- Lead the research and development of advanced Machine Learning models, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for 2026 standards.
- Oversee the end-to-end MLOps pipeline, ensuring model deployment, monitoring, and retraining strategies are efficient and reliable.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric AI features.
- Stay ahead of emerging tech trends, including Quantum AI and Neuromorphic computing, to integrate them into our strategic roadmap.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, model ethics, and security compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native AI solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
