Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning infrastructure using Python and PyTorch.
- Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers in researching state-of-the-art transformer models.
- Optimize model inference latency to support real-time edge deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model governance.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Present technical strategy and roadmaps to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience deploying large-scale LLMs and handling massive datasets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
