Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 AI roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead high-impact research initiatives focused on generative AI, predictive modeling, and autonomous agents.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate emerging AI technologies into consumer and enterprise solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with emerging AI paradigms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of the AI landscape leading up to and including 2026, including LLMs, neural architecture search, and edge computing.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale AI projects on time and within budget.
- Strong academic background (Master’s or PhD preferred) in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
