Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks to transport goods across DC metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and comply with DOT regulations
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Handle cargo loading/unloading with proper equipment and safety protocols
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication
- Adapt to changing traffic conditions and delivery schedules
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean record
- Minimum 3 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of DC traffic patterns and delivery regulations

- Physical ability to handle cargo and climb in/out of trucks
