Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers throughout San Jose and surrounding areas
- Maintain exceptional service standards with 5-star ratings
- Utilize CityRide's app for efficient route optimization and trip management
- Complete vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Report incidents and maintain accurate trip documentation
- Participate in ongoing training programs for service excellence
- Support peak demand periods during major events and holidays
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience
- Smartphone proficiency with navigation apps
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
- Must be 21+ years old
