Responsibilities
- Transport passengers safely and efficiently throughout Fort Worth metropolitan area
- Maintain clean, well-maintained vehicles with professional appearance
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve passenger concerns promptly
- Optimize routes using real-time traffic and demand data
- Complete accurate trip documentation and payment processing
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and MetroRide safety protocols
- Participate in driver training and performance feedback sessions
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with minimum 3 years driving experience
- Smartphone with reliable data plan and GPS capability
- Good driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of Fort Worth geography and navigation
- Reliable personal vehicle (2010 or newer, 4-door preferred)
- Full-time availability (minimum 35 hours/week)
