- Optimize routes using CityRide's proprietary navigation system
- Complete 25+ weekly trips during peak demand hours
- Document vehicle maintenance and cleanliness standards
- Participate in quarterly performance reviews
- Adhere to all local and state transportation regulations
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with 3+ years clean driving record
- 2010+ model vehicle with 4+ doors
- Smartphone with reliable data connection
- Ability to work 40+ hours weekly
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Basic knowledge of Bakersland geography
- Experience in customer service roles preferred
