Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations using GPS navigation
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards and vehicle cleanliness
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes to maximize efficiency and passenger satisfaction
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and Fort Rides safety protocols
- Process cashless payments and maintain accurate trip records
- Participate in ongoing safety and service training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean 3-year driving record
- Minimum 21 years of age with 1+ year of driving experience
- Smartphone proficiency with GPS navigation apps
- Passionate customer service mindset and strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge preferred
- No DUI/DWI convictions in past 5 years
