Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations following all traffic laws and CityRide safety protocols
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle that meets all safety and appearance standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Efficiently navigate St. Petersburg using GPS technology while optimizing routes
- Complete trip documentation and payment processing through our mobile app
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and report any issues promptly
- Adhere to CityRide's service standards and community guidelines
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Smartphone with reliable data connection and GPS capability
- Pass background check and driving record verification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with strong time management
- Knowledge of St. Petersburg streets and landmarks preferred
- Must meet minimum vehicle insurance requirements
