Responsibilities
- Safe & Efficient Delivery: Transport packages to residential and commercial locations safely and efficiently within the Minneapolis metro area.
- Customer Interaction: Provide professional and friendly service to every customer, ensuring a positive unboxing experience.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks on the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is clean and in proper working condition before and after shifts.
- Accuracy: Verify delivery addresses and ensure all items are accounted for and undamaged upon arrival.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety protocols at all times.
- Documentation: Complete delivery logs and paperwork accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with the public.
- Technology: Comfortable using handheld scanners and mobile navigation apps.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Experience: Previous delivery driving experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
