Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 8 tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes
- Adhere to strict delivery timelines while maintaining DOT compliance
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and document vehicle maintenance
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication
- Utilize electronic logging systems and GPS tracking efficiently
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and load planning
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean 3-year driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with dedicated route background
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb tractor trailers
