Responsibilities
- Safe Delivery: Transport packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Fort Wayne area with accuracy and care.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues immediately.
- Documentation: Complete delivery logs, receipts, and electronic paperwork in a timely manner.
- Asset Protection: Handle packages with extreme care to prevent damage or loss during transit.
- Route Efficiency: Navigate efficiently using GPS and follow designated delivery routes to maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Class C Driver's License required.
- Record: Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Technology: Comfortable using smartphone apps for navigation and scanning.
- Reliability: Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
