Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout Fresno
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and handle inquiries professionally
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and maximize fuel efficiency
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and maintain organized storage areas
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required; commercial driver's license a plus
- Minimum 1 year delivery or professional driving experience
- Strong knowledge of Fresno area streets and navigation systems
