Responsibilities
- Safely operate a commercial delivery vehicle (Class B) to transport goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload packages using a pallet jack or hand truck, ensuring proper handling of all items.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to maintain a clean driving record.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving delivery issues.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Update delivery status in the handheld device accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable personal vehicle for local travel between terminals (if required).
