Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to designated delivery locations in Long Beach and surrounding areas.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure accident-free driving.
- Log delivery information accurately into the handheld tracking system.
- Handle package returns and manage customer inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Basic proficiency with mobile technology and GPS navigation systems.
- Residency in the Long Beach, CA area is preferred.
