Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to residential and commercial locations in Tucson, AZ.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure accident-free driving.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo, ensuring items are handled with care.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service at every delivery stop.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and digital payments.
- Update delivery status in real-time via the company's mobile application.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift to ensure mechanical readiness.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic knowledge of the Tucson, AZ area and geography.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle (if applicable) or willingness to use company vehicle.
