Responsibilities
- Operate a company delivery vehicle to transport goods safely and efficiently to designated locations in Tucson and surrounding areas.
- Unload packages and materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, answering questions and resolving issues.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork (e.g., delivery confirmations, mileage reports).
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counts.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
