Responsibilities
- Safely transport and deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience and resolving any delivery issues on the spot.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is clean, safe, and operational.
- Accurately complete digital delivery confirmations, mileage logs, and paperwork.
- Manage time effectively to meet daily route targets and performance goals.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required (or equivalent state license).
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable smartphone with a data plan for GPS navigation and route tracking.
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to safety.
