Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of goods to residential and commercial customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to delivery protocols and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and minor maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload packages efficiently, ensuring items are handled with care and placed in designated areas.
- Update delivery status in the mobile app in real-time to keep customers informed.
- Handle cash or electronic payments accurately and resolve any customer issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience with handheld delivery devices or smartphones preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
