Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of packages.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients and recipients.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork, including mileage and fuel records.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B (if applicable to vehicle type).
- A clean driving record with no serious traffic violations.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy for logging delivery information.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
