Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and tractor-trailers safely and efficiently on designated routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, ensuring secure transport.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and hours of service (HOS) in line with FMCSA regulations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure the safety of passengers, drivers, and the public.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of cargo securement and safety regulations.
- Excellent time management and navigation skills.
