Job Overview
As a CDL Driver for Vegas Logistics Express, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across the Las Vegas valley and surrounding areas. We value punctuality and professional conduct.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks in a safe and timely manner, adhering to all traffic laws.
- Inspect the vehicle for any mechanical or safety issues before and after routes.
- Load and unload cargo safely and securely using proper lifting techniques.
- Maintain accurate logs (DOT compliant) and ensure all paperwork is up to date.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
- Keep the truck clean and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.
- Must have a clean driving record (MVR check).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable truck driving experience.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening.
