Our Mesa-based team values safety, punctuality, and exceptional customer service. You'll operate well-maintained box trucks and dry vans while maintaining accurate delivery documentation. This position includes evening and weekend shifts with no overnight routes.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B CDL vehicles to deliver freight to commercial and residential addresses
- Verify shipment accuracy and complete delivery documentation using our digital tracking system
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Load/unload shipments with proper material handling techniques
- Maintain clean driving record and comply with all FMCSA regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Communicate delivery status and delays through our mobile app
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable CDL driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly during shifts
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to Mesa terminal location
- Flexible availability for weekday evenings and weekend shifts
