Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver restaurant orders to residential and commercial addresses across Portland
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Maintain clean and organized delivery vehicle with daily inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service during order drop-offs and address inquiries
- Accurately process payments and manage digital transactions via our app
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues proactively
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional delivery or driving experience
- Strong knowledge of Portland streets and neighborhoods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency with navigation and delivery apps
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to and from depot location
- Background check and drug screening required
