Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for local/regional routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and electronic logs (ELD)
- Inspect vehicles before/during trips to ensure DOT compliance
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Adapt routes for weather, traffic, and delivery windows
- Represent company values through professional conduct
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- 2+ years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Boston Metro Area geography
- HAZMAT endorsement preferred
