Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers across Portland
- Maintain accurate delivery records and real-time communication via our mobile app
- Perform vehicle safety checks and ensure optimal maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries and fuel efficiency
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Proven experience in delivery, logistics, or customer service
- Strong knowledge of Portland's neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shifts
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and smartphone technology
- Reliable transportation to and from our downtown hub
- Availability for flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
