Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe and timely manner.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, organized, and fueled before each shift.
- Interact professionally with customers, including checking delivery details and obtaining signatures.
- Utilize handheld devices to log delivery statuses and update tracking information.
- Maintain strict adherence to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading packages from the delivery van.
Qualifications
- A valid Class C Driver’s License (CDL) is required.
- A clean driving record with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Basic proficiency with smartphone technology for navigation and logging.
- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
