Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for timely deliveries across New Orleans metro area
- Verify order accuracy and maintain pristine customer service during all interactions
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse operations as needed
- Report maintenance issues and ensure vehicle cleanliness
- Complete delivery documentation and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with dispatch team during peak hours and special events
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order verification
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of New Orleans neighborhoods preferred
