Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or goods to customers across Miami-Dade County using company vehicles
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure on-time arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Verify delivery details, collect payments, and obtain proper signatures when required
- Maintain clean, well-functioning vehicles through daily inspections and minor maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions at every stop
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company delivery procedures
- Document delivery exceptions and communicate issues promptly to dispatch team
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus
- Proven experience in delivery, logistics, or customer service roles
- Strong knowledge of Miami geography and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
