Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations across Mesa and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our proprietary tracking system and mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve inquiries professionally
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and maximize fuel efficiency
- Safely load/unload packages using proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience or equivalent training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and operate manual transmission vehicles
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Excellent customer service communication skills and professional appearance
- Pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using delivery tracking apps
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays as needed
