Responsibilities
- Safely transport food packages and merchandise to customer locations across Long Beach
- Maintain pristine vehicle appearance and ensure optimal cleanliness
- Verify order accuracy and resolve delivery discrepancies professionally
- Utilize GPS technology for efficient route planning and timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintenance reports
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean 3-year driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle with current registration and insurance
- Minimum 1 year delivery or customer service experience
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and communication
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Background check and drug screen required
