Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to residential and commercial destinations in Long Beach and surrounding areas.
- Provide outstanding customer service by adhering to our professional communication standards.
- Inspect the delivery vehicle for any mechanical issues before and after each shift and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Accurately handle cash or digital payments and maintain detailed delivery logs.
- Load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques to ensure safety and prevent damage.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Strong sense of time management and the ability to navigate Long Beach traffic efficiently.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable smartphone with data capabilities for GPS navigation and communication.
- Previous experience in logistics or delivery is preferred but not required.
