Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Unload and organize packages at delivery sites, ensuring accuracy and care.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling inquiries and resolving any delivery issues with a positive attitude.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and cleaning to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Utilize handheld delivery management systems (mobile apps) for tracking, navigation, and proof of delivery.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUI or reckless driving violations).
- Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on reliability and punctuality.
- Basic computer proficiency and smartphone usage for navigation apps.
- Fluency in English (bilingual skills are a plus).
