Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders to residential/commercial addresses within Columbus metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and real-time GPS tracking updates
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and address inquiries
- Optimize routes for efficiency using provided navigation tools
- Load/unload packages safely (up to 50 lbs) and secure cargo properly
- Adhere to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies
- Collaborate with dispatch team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficient with smartphone apps and basic GPS navigation
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
