Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated customer locations.
- Load and unload merchandise from the delivery truck using handtrucks or pallet jacks.
- Ensure delivery orders are accurate and complete, obtaining signatures where necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a secure delivery process.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Basic understanding of GPS and navigation software.
- Strong customer service skills and professional appearance.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
