Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and supplies across Colorado Springs using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route optimization through GPS tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service with professional communication and problem-solving
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company delivery standards
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments and customer updates
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and navigation skills with familiarity with Colorado Springs
- Excellent customer service communication abilities in English
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
