Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Efficiently load, transport, and deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Fort Worth
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our proprietary tracking technology
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes for maximum efficiency and on-time delivery performance
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation and basic delivery apps
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities in English
- Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
