Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages, food, or merchandise across Los Angeles County
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures upon receipt
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure maximum efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service with professional communication at every interaction
- Adhere to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company delivery standards
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and inventory management as needed
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet strict delivery windows
- Knowledge of Los Angeles geography and traffic patterns
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Pass background check and drug screening
