Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to residential and commercial addresses within the Charlotte metro area.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently, ensuring all items are handled with care and secured properly.
- Interact professionally with customers, maintaining a positive brand image and resolving delivery issues on the spot.
- Utilize handheld devices and mobile applications for real-time navigation, order updates, and proof of delivery.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
