Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and unload merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Plan and execute delivery routes in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers at each delivery point.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork, including proof of delivery and mileage records.
- Handle package handling with care to ensure zero damage to goods.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent state driver's permit.
- A clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation systems and smartphone apps.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
