Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate Milwaukee routes efficiently
- Load/unload packages with proper lifting techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status and delays through company systems
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee area and surrounding suburbs
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route apps
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
