Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations across Illinois
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication logs
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure proper loading and unloading procedures
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois Driver's License with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B preferred
- Minimum 1 year professional delivery or truck driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and operate manual transmission
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
