Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or medical supplies to residential and commercial locations using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all routes and transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service, including order confirmations and issue resolution
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel consumption
- Collaborate with dispatch team to adapt to real-time delivery changes and priorities
- Assist with warehouse duties including inventory management and order preparation
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to pass background check and DOT physical examination
- Proven experience in delivery, logistics, or transportation field preferred
- Strong knowledge of Fresno County streets and navigation systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
