As a Driver, you will represent the face of our company, ensuring our customers receive their packages with the highest level of care and efficiency.

Location: Mesa, AZ (Base operations at Signal Butte Rd)
Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient loading and unloading of cargo and packages.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Deliver goods to designated residential and commercial addresses in Mesa, AZ, and surrounding regions.
- Obtain proper signatures and proof of delivery for all shipments.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and basic maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Resolve delivery issues professionally and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
- Complete daily logs and mileage reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or equivalent commercial driver’s permit.
- Must possess a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and safely.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with handheld GPS and delivery management apps.
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and varying schedules.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
