Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods across the Houston metropolitan area
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and timely arrivals
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain proper customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional delivery or driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 60 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Houston geography and navigation systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Reliable transportation to and from our Katy Freeway hub
